My broad range of experience gives me an understanding of the many stresses that can be in our lives and an open minded attitude towards the ways people have coped with these.
This experience ranges from over 12 years managing a project working with people affected by homelessness, developing and delivering workshops and courses for mentoring, coaching and getting back into work; learning the craft of Stand Up (very scary!); being a director of two social enterprises; providing business consultancy to creative businesses; providing arts project management with museum and galleries in the South; training as a youth worker; project managing youth audience development for performing art centres and training as an artist.
In private practice since 2014, whilst also working with referrals from PTSD Resolution a charity for service personnel, reservists and their families, Red Poppy Ltd and Healthcare RM.
A role that I am also proud to do is as Chair of Plot 22 an award winning place to be with land and community, creating opportunities for people from all walks of life to grow, cook and eat together outdoors.
