Hove Therapy Rooms comprises the whole of the second floor, the coffee shop Baked is on the corner of Church Road and Wilbury Road,  69  is next door to Baked and has a white front door, just press the buzzer for Hove Therapy Rooms and you will be buzzed in. Make your way up to the second floor and a waiting area is available.

Ardingly
The Koorana Centre, Street Lane, Ardingly, West Sussex RH17 6UB

The centre is easy to reach and is in the village of Ardingly there is free parking either outside the front of the centre or in a public car park also on Street Lane and opposite the wonderful Fellows Bakery. Please come to the side entrance of the Koorana Centre, the therapy room is always accessed from this entrance. There is a waiting area available.
